The room was fantastic and exceptionally comfortable. The employees were very good. The setting was quite great and super within easy reach of the Louvre Museum.

everything was simply brand-new. we really enjoyed the facilities offered by this perfect and gorgeous hotel. we stayed in the triple room, the room was exceptionally comfortable and fantastic. it included climate control, an individual safe, and pay television. the location of the property was central, close to the restaurant is on 7, and paris. brew pub maison mulot was located 5 minutes walk away.

As a stressed-out bride-to-be, escaping to Cheval Blanc was the best decision I made. The hotel oozes luxury and excellence in every detail. Our room felt fresh and spacious, like we were the first guests. The bathroom was a romantic haven with roses and candles, and the hammam in the shower was a dream touch. Dining at Langosteria transported us to a New York vibe with delicious food and an extensive wine list. our stay created the magic and excitement we needed on our wedding day.

During my recent business trip to Paris, I had the pleasure of staying at Cheval Blanc Paris & Dior Spa Cheval Blanc, a hotel recommended by my director. The first thing that impressed me was the impeccable gym facilities. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, it provided me with an excellent workout experience. After a long day of meetings, I indulged in the relaxation amenities, including a well-maintained hammam, sauna, and invigorating snow shower. These facilities truly enhanced my stay, ensuring a rejuvenating and stress-free experience.

The table-chair combo in the room wasn't the most comfortable, and the coffee machine hadn't been cleaned for a while.

The venue is gorgeous and amazing. The rooms are large and the staff is accommodating. The exceptionally nice location and proximity to the 1st arr. District make it worth exploring. Thank you guys for the service!

We had the most incredible stay at Cheval Blanc Paris & Dior Spa Cheval Blanc. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with a luxurious and innovative design. The staff were incredibly kind and polite, making us feel like VIPs. Our suite junior had an amazing view and was so luxurious. The location was perfect, we didn't need a car to explore the area. Couldn't fault a single thing!

the hotel was absolutely stunning, surpassing my expectations. The attention to detail in the room was mind-blowing, with no space wasted and a beautiful view of the Parisian skyline. The Dior Spa partnership added immense value, with luxurious products and special gifts. It truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city and has amazing views of the surrounding area. The staff were accommodating and fulfilled all of our requests. We especially liked the complimentary BMW7 service and the pristine Dior spa that was an absolute delight.

The furniture in the room needs a bit of an overhaul. The chair wasn't comfortable and the coffee maker was not clean.

The hotel's location is central, making transportation easy. Rooms are comfortable, crafted to perfection and include incredible facilities. The shower and hammam make for a luxurious bathroom experience, while the dining options are excellent. The hotel goes above and beyond, gifting guests luxurious Dior Spa products.

It can take a while to receive responses to emails.

The room was well-designed and the view was exceptional. The shower and AC systems were top-notch and the mattress and pillow selection was outstanding. The dining experience was amazing.

Amazing view from the brasserie and a lovely terrace. The Dior Spa gave me a boost, making me the belle of the ball. Conveniently located near a department store that has everything. The Plénitude restaurant offers delicious brasserie food. Perfect base for exploring the city.

We encountered a minor issue where the concierge didn't answer the phone a couple of times and even when we were checking out. However, this did not detract from our overall positive experience at this hotel.
